As the team lead reception, you’ll take on a key role in managing and coordinating the reception team’s activities. From handling administrative tasks to overseeing daily operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reception or administrative role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, BHS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both German and English)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Open personality with a self-confident appearance
- High degree of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Enjoyment in dealing with international guests and working in a dynamic environment
- High level of flexibility, stress resistance and cross-linked thinking
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
You’ll oversee the management of the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and presentable appearance. Stay ahead of the game by continuously refreshing and refining guidelines and documents.
OPERATIONAL TASKS
Last but not least you’ll contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the reception team. You’ll coordinate with our service teams (Facility, Housekeeping, Security, Lunch Provider) to ensure smooth workflows. Ensuring that the reception is managed with a high level of focus on business partners and employees and representing the Red Bull image will be part of your responsibilities.
