Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Recruitment and working as one of four Team Leaders, this role will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and enable the team to provide accurate, efficient and customer-focused service to stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic HR and recruitment professional to effectively lead a team of Recruitment Advisors in the delivery of high-quality HR services to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Recruitment and working as one of four Team Leaders, this role will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and enable the team to provide accurate, efficient and customer-focused service to stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic HR professional to effectively lead a team of Recruitment Advisors in the delivery of high-quality HR services to a portfolio of clients. The role’s responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing fluctuating workloads and timeframes
- Resolving complex HR issues through interpretation of relevant policies and procedures
- Management of escalated HR issues
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Supporting the leadership team with change management and governance
- Monitoring and managing employee wellbeing and team culture
The successful candidate will be accountable, organised, engaging and agile, supporting the People Services leadership team and Recruitment Advisors across a range of tasks, such as:
- Managing varied, complex operational matters
- Uplifting team capability through training providing consistent, accurate advice
- Driving and maintaining a positive, engaging and client-focussed team culture
- Identifying and helping facilitate strategic chang
