Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Recruitment and working as one of four Team Leaders, this role will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and enable the team to provide accurate, efficient and customer-focused service to stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic HR and recruitment professional to effectively lead a team of Recruitment Advisors in the delivery of high-quality HR services to a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Recruitment and working as one of four Team Leaders, this role will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and enable the team to provide accurate, efficient and customer-focused service to stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic HR professional to effectively lead a team of Recruitment Advisors in the delivery of high-quality HR services to a portfolio of clients. The role’s responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively managing fluctuating workloads and timeframes
  • Resolving complex HR issues through interpretation of relevant policies and procedures
  • Management of escalated HR issues
  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting the leadership team with change management and governance
  • Monitoring and managing employee wellbeing and team culture

The successful candidate will be accountable, organised, engaging and agile, supporting the People Services leadership team and Recruitment Advisors across a range of tasks, such as:

  • Managing varied, complex operational matters
  • Uplifting team capability through training providing consistent, accurate advice
  • Driving and maintaining a positive, engaging and client-focussed team culture
  • Identifying and helping facilitate strategic chang
