About the role
Termporary full time opportunity to lead the Metro North Health Recruitment team to deliver operational and tactical advice and support to clients in alignment with the Metro North Health People and Culture vision and its underpinning strategies. This role will analyse topics, issues and trends in Metro North Health Recruitment, to identify opportunities to address significant line manager capability gaps and to help inform any training and development initiatives for line managers.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

• Actively promote, lead, and facilitate people and culture solutions, advice, and support through the Recruitment Services team in alignment with contemporary and current HR policies, guidelines, directives, and employment legislation
• Assist in the formulation of workload measures and team member capability and development frameworks to ensure optimal service delivery to clients
• Participate in recruitment of new team members and ensure their effective on-boarding
• Provide coaching, support, professional development, and performance support for team members
• Monitor the well-being and workloads of your team members, providing de-briefs, education, and support initiatives where appropriate
• Provide a point of escalation for complex matters for your team members, ensuring that advice and support provided on such matters is relevant, contextual, and suitably tailored to suit the complex needs of the client
