Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
As Team Leader at our short breaks service, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality care and support children with diverse needs. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team ensuring that all staff members are effectively trained in supporting delivering personalised care plans to tailor to each child’s requirements.
In this role you will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be involved in developing and implementing individual care strategies, fostering a nurturing and safe environment, and maintaining open communication with families and external professionals. Your leadership will be vital in promoting a positive culture within the team, encouraging professional development, and ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.
