Responsibilities:

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Clifton Road care service supports young people 16- 21 years of age who have been previously looked after in care i.e. local authority children homes, foster care, secured residential homes. We provide accommodation and support in a residential setting with a range of services to meet individual needs in partnership with other agencies to improve the life chances of young people and help support independent living.
As the Team Leader you will spend time supporting the staff team through supervision, team meetings and running a live rota. You will also spend time working directly with the young people within the service following detailed care plans.
