Global Forwarding Freight – South Africa has an opening for a Team Leader: Sales Support & Internal Sales where you will manage and steer performance of a Sales Support and Internal Sales Team, coordinate support of the Sales organization by the Sales Support Specialists, execute Internal Sales plan, ensure achievement of country Sales Index for Internal Sales Team, plan and manage a portfolio of small Business Customers of the Internal Sales Team, support Internal Sales Executive Team in customer interactions as well as act as a coach for a Sales Support and Internal Sales Team. NOW, HERE’S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience within the transport, logistics or freight forwarding industry (or similar service industry).
• 5+ years’ Experience in Sales in the industry with a proven record essential
• Experience managing a Sales /Customer Service team.
