Description:
We are looking to appoint a Team Leader Scrub for PAW- Gynae/Obstetrics to support and lead our service based at the Royal united hospital.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and practice are maintained. You will work as a skilled member of the Theatre team in leading, providing, and maintaining high standards of peri-operative care.
You will have a higher knowledge of leadership and management of human resources and will possess significant experience as a Theatre Practitioner.
You will be innovative within your approach, able to prioritise your own workload and that of others and have excellent communication skills. You will also demonstrate a flexible approach to working and will coordinate with other colleagues in multi-disciplinary teams.
Carry out scrub duties according to policies and procedures, contributing to quality improvement, and promoting best evidence based practice.
