Summary
We are looking for a “Team Leader (f/m/d)” for the “Software & Hardware Framework” department at the Aalen site in Oberkochen as soon as possible.
The “Software & Hardware Framework” department creates the cross-sectional platform on which all products are based and thus ensures efficient development in the product development departments.

Your Tasks

• Disciplinary management of the hardware and software framework team
• Introduction and expansion of a modular system for hardware and software
• Development of team members, conflict resolution and promotion of motivation
• Ensuring sufficient team personnel resources and appropriate skills
• Monitoring and ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards as well as proactive risk management
• Creating budget and resource planning for the area of responsibility
• Selecting, establishing and managing external development partners
• Coordinating cross-sectional development requirements with the other development departments
• Ensuring the efficient implementation of cross-cutting modules
• Promoting innovation and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of software and hardware framework
• First experience in leading development teams
• Strong leadership and very good communication and organizational skills
• Sound understanding and application of project management principles
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions within the team and with other relevant stakeholders
• Openness to new ideas and driving innovation to improve team performance
• Independent entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as quality and solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
