Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a recruitment team of 10+ people.
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and other HR technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ talent acquisition professionals, driving operational excellence and fostering high performance, engagement, and development.
- Program Performance: Measure and monitor program performance and resource utilization against defined objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Process Control & Quality: Ensure recruitment processes meet quality standards, administrative rules, and compliance with internal policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively maintain strong relationships with process owners and business partners, providing timely feedback and collaborating on workforce planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Define processes, document standards (Toolkit), establish KPIs (SMART), and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with the OpEx & Transition Manager.
- Capacity Analysis: Analyze and present program capacity utilization to optimize resources.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with DHL’s global business objectives, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition in multiple markets.
- Cross-Country Recruitment: Oversee recruitment efforts across various countries, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruitment analytics to monitor performance, refine processes, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws and internal policies across different regions.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance DHL’s employer brand, positioning the company as a top employer within the GSC and BPO sectors.
