Telesales Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be expected to lead, manage and guide a team of Telesales consultants to reach required targets and conversions. To facilitate any necessary course of action to achieve this purpose.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 – essential
  • 4 years Outbound experience – essential
  • 3 years Team Leader/leadership experience – Non negotiable
  • Minimum 1 year product knowledge on all Discovery Products – Non negotiable
  • Proficient in English – essential (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Bi-lingual – advantage (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Computer literate - MS Office, especially Excel – essential
  • Regulatory Exam and NQF 5 FAIS credits
  • BCOMM or related degree will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

To lead, manage and guide a team of Telesales consultants to reach required targets and conversions. To facilitate any necessary course of action to achieve this purpose.
