We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Team Leader to join our Auckland Rentals team. This key position is dedicated to guiding our customer service team to new heights of operational success, while guaranteeing that each guest’s experience is memorable and valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead up to 20 passionate customer service crew members
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including the Branch Manager, Workshop Leaders, and Marketing gurus
• Drive impeccable customer service standards and sales excellence
• Empower your team through effective coaching, communication, and feedback
• Provide training and support to new team members
