Description:

CONTRACT: PERMANENTSALARY: 11.70

An independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 4 to 18 in Musselburgh, Scotland. Catering for 600 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, breaks, lunch and supper Mondy to Sunday . The senior school operates 34 weeks plus Summer camps during the summer, which gives you the opportunity if desired to work.
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Musselburgh.
You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.
You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hospitality experience required
  • An all-round team player
  • Organised with attention to detail

KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
  • Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
  • Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
