POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Real Estate Team Leader at Vida Bricks, you will oversee and inspire a talented group of agents to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture of the team, driving business growth, and ensuring our clients’ needs are met. This is a leadership position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on sales experience.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in real estate, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, with a demonstrated ability to coach and support others in doing the same.
