Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Team Leader you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Manchester branch. You’ll lead by example, motivating a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement, as you’ll also engage directly with customers, providing expert advice and assisting with sales. There is a strong focus on upselling and ensuring that customers are presented with the best solutions for their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of sales associates, ensuring they remain motivated and productive.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales by setting and monitoring individual and team targets, and support team members in achieving their goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers directly by providing tailored advice and product recommendations.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the branch operates smoothly by overseeing scheduling, stock management, and reporting.
  • Customer Resolution: Handle escalated customer queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting: Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and branch operations.
