Bakkavor Salads Tilmanstone is looking to recruit a Section Manager, this is a great opportunity to become part of the Bakkavor Group.

WHAT WE DO.

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

As Section Manager you will plan, organise, and measure labour and material requirements within their area to ensure that both short and long-term agreed targets are met. You’ll ensure the workforce is well informed on relevant business news and to encourage effective cross-functional links.
In this busy, exciting and hands on role, you will pro-actively manage health and safety to ensure a safe working environment as well as maintaining standards of your area through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). You will lead and manage the performance of your team and will be tasked to actively coach, develop and train team members to encourage continuous improvement within the business.
