The Disabled Children’s service across Oxfordshire is growing and developing, and we have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to come and join our innovative service.
We work closely with the families who use our services, and enjoy positive relationships with children and parent/carers. Co-Production is the lynchpin of everything we do, and we believe strongly in working with and alongside families, rather than “doing to” to get the best possible outcomes for each and every child and family we work with.

The Team Manager plays a key role in the service, you will be responsible for the daily operational running of the team. Line managing a team of practitioners (Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and Disability Practitioners) and providing support to the two other teams when required. You will be expected to take a lead role on behalf of the Disability Service in some areas of whole service development, we welcome and encourage new thinking and ways of working.
