Missions
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel team performance by effectively leading the daily operations of Client Advisors while offering robust support.
- Foster achievement of key performance indicators through proactive strategic planning and meticulous execution.
- Engage in hands-on coaching, ensuring accountability and professional growth among your advisors.
- Act as the embodiment of our brand values, instilling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes in interactions with clients and team members.
- Stay abreast of all product knowledge, company updates, and departmental initiatives through continuous learning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
- Showed experience in managing teams within customer service environments.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with strategic business acumen.
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships geared towards clienteling efforts
- Requires Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability
