Missions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propel team performance by effectively leading the daily operations of Client Advisors while offering robust support.
  • Foster achievement of key performance indicators through proactive strategic planning and meticulous execution.
  • Engage in hands-on coaching, ensuring accountability and professional growth among your advisors.
  • Act as the embodiment of our brand values, instilling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes in interactions with clients and team members.
  • Stay abreast of all product knowledge, company updates, and departmental initiatives through continuous learning.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Showed experience in managing teams within customer service environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with strategic business acumen.
  • The ability to cultivate strong relationships geared towards clienteling efforts
  • Requires Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability
