As a Team Manager you will manage a business unit and ensure the career management.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have good leadership and communication skills
and result oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a business unit of consultants.
- Ensure the employee onboarding and integration.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure an efficient delivery at the recruitment level.
- Capability to speak, understand, read and write English in a professional level.
- Previous experience with Team management.
- Professional experience in recruitment.
- Previous experience in IT area.
- Proactive and ambitious.
- Result oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
