We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager - Factory System Test Operations at HVDC Control & Protection to join our driven and professional team. Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers in our factory system areas. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2. Factory System Area Responsibility: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our test facilities along with other team manager. Ensure all tests are conducted in compliance with relevant standards, specifications and safety protocols.
3. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and address potential quality issues. Develop and enforce procedures to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
4. Project Coordination: Ensure that the test facilities are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity , promote a culture within the team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within HVDC industry or similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
4. Long experience in electrical installations, commissioning is also preferred.
Language skills - Professional Swedish is a must for this role.
