Description:

There are currently lots of exciting developments happening within LPFT’s services for Children and Young People (CYP) in Lincolnshire.
We are looking to recruit two Band 7 Team Managers to manage our Horncastle & Boston Healthy Minds Team and our Lincoln & Grantham Healthy Minds Teams respectively.
You will be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the two Healthy Minds Teams within the locality. You will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team working with children, young people, families and education staff; assessing and treating the mental health and well-being of children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams fulfil their core offer of services whilst maintaining clinical input within their role.
The Healthy Minds Teams will have close links with our well established services: Mental Health Support Teams and CAMHS.
Please note: these posts are fixed term for 12 months however should the funding position change the posts will be made substantive. The posts are full-time posts Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, however other working patterns can be considered and base can be negotiated.
You will need to have the ability to travel between education settings and bases, some of which are in rural areas. Hybrid working is also expected. This post is currently subject to job evaluation.

Healthy Minds Service - delivers early and preventative mental health intervention for children, young people and their families by: -
Providing training and support to universal services, particularly schools to enable staff to have the skills and confidence to manage the emotional wellbeing needs of the children and young people in their care.
Providing individual and group work for children and young people and their families/carers using evidence based brief therapeutic tools and models.
Offering consultation, advice and signposting that will ensure, where appropriate children, young people and their families are referred to services that will meet identified needs.
Contributing to development of clear referral pathways that support the emotional health and wellbeing of children young people and their families.
