Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Join Munich Electrification (ME) as a Team Manager in Program Management and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. In this leadership position, you will guide a dynamic team of technical project managers and product owners to ensure the successful execution of our customer projects. Your expertise in the automotive sector, whether from Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs, will be essential in driving team performance and customer satisfaction. You will foster a good working relationship with your counterparts both at the customers and internally at ME. Furthermore you will manage the resources required for projects, prioritizing activities in a multi-project landscape and ensuring timely delivery of the key milestones.
