Responsibilities:
As Partners - members of the Partnership - it’s our responsibility to ensure our growth for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It’s an ethos each and every Partner works by and you’ll carry into your own role too.
Heading up our Selling or Operations team, you’ll develop a team of Partners that proactively meet Customer needs whether this be through replenishing and managing stock, ensuring the shop is ready to trade with excellent on shelf availability, or by generating sales and motivating your team to deliver positive results. Contributing to the overall growth of your branch is what it’s all about.
We’re looking for commercially-minded Partners, Partners who can mentor with an enthusiasm for developing and coaching. We want solid leadership and communication skills which you’ll get to showcase when you are required to take on the responsibility of Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch. These roles ensure the delivery of a truly inspirational and differentiated shopping experience for John Lewis customers.
