Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Team Managers to work in the Service Delivery Spoke in Erith; Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site operations to ensure all targets are met in an efficient and professional manner, without loss in performance to the business and within the site management structure. Whilst also exceeding customers’ expectations. As a Team Manager you will lead the daily running of the spoke operations with responsibilities relating to all aspects of site safety and quality of service, delivering operational targets within the agreed budget and time frame. You will explore and engage with all business streams regarding reductions in staff turnover and increases in retention;
You will report to the Operations Manager and may be required to deputise in their absence, as well as handling all aspects of employee management such as probation periods, absence management and performance management. This role is for 40 hours per week, working a variation of 10 hour shifts on an any 4 days from 7 rotation, including some weekend working.
