Team Manager - Software Development

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidate should have previous experience in Software Development ( any OOP Stack) before moving to Team Lead. This role is more on People Management and Leadership.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL: SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or Higher
2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java C#.net, Javascript, Python, etc.) preferably in a software industry.
3. At least 2 years experience as Team Lead ( People Management )
4. Experience in remote work environment

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Significant technical and working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
2. Understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
3. Strong business acumen.
4. Experience in contributing to open-source projects, managing GitHub projects and submitting pull requests.
5. Strong Leadership skills.
   Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
   Pay: $10.00 – $20.00 per year

Experience:

• Large Language Models (LLMs): 3 years (Preferred)
• Project Management: 4 years (Preferred)
• Object Oriented Programming: 6 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
