Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Tactical Team Manager will oversee a team of 19 Brand Ambassadors (BAs) delivering a short-term campaign for Hyperoptic. The team will visit new build sales suites to educate sales staff about Hyperoptic’s services and capture site data (e.g., occupancy rates). You will ensure data accuracy, full coverage, and provide support for reporting related queries.
