This is a unique opportunity to join our Through Careteam as a Team Manager be instrumental in leading a motivated team, implementing quality assurance as standard, on a 6-month fixed term basis, until 01.03.25.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in our diverse communities, ensuring that children young people and families individual needs are met. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Who are we looking for? We are seeking a reflective Team Manager with a proven ability to lead and develop Social Workers.

You will be an enthusiastic and culturally competent leader that can lead, transform and develop the service area to maximise service delivery and optimise performance. You will have a solid understanding of and be an advocate for the principles of diversity and inclusion in relation to workplace culture and service delivery.
