Position: Team Manager and Support Worker duties
Location: Derbyshire area. Ilkeston, Alfreton and Heanor.
Hours: 18.75 per week Team Manager role AND IF WANTED 18.75 per week Support Worker role. The position is for a 18.75 per week team manager role, but if you were looking for full-time hours then you can do the extra 18.75 hours as a support worker. However, you can just do the contracted 18.75 hours per week team manager role.

As a Team Manager, you will use a digital app called Nourish to manage care and support plans for the people we support. While experience with digital or mobile apps is desirable, full training will be provided.
We are looking for an interim 6 month contract with potential to make permanent.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant regulations.
- Experience in managing support services or similar roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

- Develop, update, and maintain support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Prepare monthly summaries and reports for the Area Manager.
