Responsibilities:
As a Team Manager at Zoom 5 - Leyton you will lead the daily running of site operations with responsibilities relating to all aspects of site safety, colleague performance, quality of service, delivering operational targets within the agreed budget. You will report to the Operations Manager and may be required to deputise in their absence. Team Managers lead and motivate, to drive and develop all aspects of business unit activities on site and during the final mile. You will live and breathe our 5 Pillars; Safety, People, Customer, Delivery and Cost.
Our Team Managers provide motivation and drive excellence in all that we do. You will also be accountable for shaping and delivering an outstanding employee experience for those working in your site, including training, development and ongoing coaching of any direct reports. This role is for 48 hours per week, working 12 hour shifts on a 4 days out of 7 rotation. Shift times are either from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 12:00 to 00:00. Please note, this is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
