- Provide exceptional service by addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
- Triage and respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures, and guidelines to employees, ensuring a clear understanding.
- Provide accurate information on topics such as leave policies, time-off requests, and other HR questions.
- Manage and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution.
- Process HR transactions accurately, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with HR partners to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring an elevated level of service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
- Effectively track progress of requests to ensure solutions and resolutions are delivered.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address common concerns and share insights for process improvement.
- Analyze trends in employee inquiries and support HR Operations to identify areas for training & development.
- Ensure a positive employee experience by actively listening to concerns and providing empathetic support.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel required up to 20% of the time.
