Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Provide secretarial and administrative support for the 7 day ICSS Service , working both autonomously and as part of a team, involving day to day co-ordination of outpatient clinics, office and reception duties.
- Support the ICSS Team as required, acting as a pivotal role for all communications.
- Attend weekly MDT and allocation.
- Administration and co-ordinating of clinic booking process for locality clinical teams.
- Central point of access for the ICSS Team.
- Assist in timely data registration and reporting.
- Co-ordinate meetings including minuting.
- Monitor generic email accounts.
- Ensure prompt attention is given to enquiries from staff, patients, visitor and colleagues form partner agencies.
- Support online patient education/rehabilitation sessions.
