Description:

We are recruiting for a Team Secretary who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transfer Of Care Team at Lister Hospital as a Team Secretary. This is an important role providing support to the team in an operational and administrative role.

To deal with enquiries from clients, Social Workers and hospital staff relating to hospital inpatients.
To ensure that computer records held by the department are updated and amended as requested.
To type and distribute reports, letters and information as requested by the Social Workers.
To assist in the production of monthly activity information as required by the department.
To provide cover for the other secretaries based in Health and Community Service.
