At Edenred Germany, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teamlead Business Intelligence (m/f/d) to lead and develop our BI team with strategic vision and technical expertise. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions and implementing innovative BI solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Leadership and supervision: Manage the BI team, ensuring the efficient creation and maintenance of dashboards in PowerBI.
• Data analysis: Perform data analysis using the SQL Editor in Data Bricks to support data-driven decision making.
• Task Management: Managing the backlog of tasks, setting and adjusting priorities based on current business needs.
• Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and guide the team.
• Strategy execution: Drive and implement BI strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of BI processes.

What will convince us:

• Education: Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science or related field.
• Work experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and PowerBI for data management and visualisation. Experience with data bricks and other data platforms is also an advantage.
• BI expertise: Strong understanding of BI methodologies and data warehousing.
• Leadership: Solid leadership experience in the area
• Analytical skills: Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Certifications: Certifications in SQL, PowerBI or related tools are an advantage
