TEAMLEAD (F/M/D) COMMERCIAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - WEBSITE PRODUCTS

Tasks

As Head of Commercial Product Management, you and your team will play a key role in ensuring profitable growth for our Websites product segment (Shared Hosting, WordPress, Sitebuilder). You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance for our market success. In this position, you and your team will have a significant impact on the achievement of our growth and revenue targets.

  • Define and implement (pricing) strategies to drive customer and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market, positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with inventory management teams to identify and implement X-Sell and retention measures.
  • Monitoring and analysis of commercial product performance and market environment for continuous optimisation.
  • Creating business cases (in collaboration with Finance) and decision papers for the Executive Board.
  • Professional and disciplinary management of an international team at 2 locations.

Qualifications

Desire and ability to contribute with your ‘can do’ attitude in an agile environment and manage multiple topics simultaneously - whether hands-on in the engine room or analytical / strategic.

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management or comparable commercial roles in a software / technology environment.
  • You have already gained initial leadership experience and can motivate and develop teams.
  • You are comfortable working with KPIs, P&L, recurring revenues and conversion rates are no foreign words to you.
  • Enthusiasm for and expertise in the area of websites / eCommerce / online marketing.
  • You are a strong communicator and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and German.
