ARE YOU THE TEAMLEAD WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead with an interest in sales and finance, combined with experience in the Microsoft security world. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting our growth and optimizing our business processes. You will work closely with various teams within our group. Our clients are in different sectors, ranging from SMEs to multinationals. We understand the needs of our clients to secure their Microsoft environment, offering both total solutions and specific solutions for one domain. You want to work with the team to drive projects forward and help Orlox grow.

• Identify Microsoft security needs for clients and build relationships with them.
• Provide advice on technical solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
• Monitor the sales funnel and develop a strategic sales plan, working closely with our group-level sales team.
• Process our financial data and monitor budgets.
• Optimize the P&L.
• Contribute to the marketing plan, assist in team planning, act as a point of contact for the team, and be willing to take on project work if necessary.
