WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt, part of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a well-experienced Production leader to our operations team, being located in Várpalota, Hungary. The main tasks and responsibilities of our new employee will be the following:

• Ensures the management and efficient operation of the workshop under his/her responsibility
• Fully observes and complies with the rules on safety measures
• Ensures efficient planning, organisation and use of available resources
• Knowledge of the technological processes, machinery and equipment entrusted to him/her
• Ensures efficient operation of machinery and equipment, reduces sources of loss
• Follows up KPIs related to production and ensures their achievement
• Tracks the production related processes in SAP
• Provides the right quantity and quality of product produced to the required deadlines
• Strong cooperation with Head of Production as his/her supervisor, as well as with managers of other workshops, shift leaders and representatives of other departments
• Organises the operations of the workshop under his/her responsibility in accordance with 5S criteria
• Active participation in preparation of system and customer audits
• Complies with and adheres to legal requirements and company rules and regulations

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• BSc./MSc. Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical)
• Minimum of 7 years experience in productions including 3 years as team leader / work shop leader
• High level of English skills both verbal and in writing
• Very good knowledge of SAP, especially the PP module
• High level user of MS Office programs

Advantages:

• Experience in chemical and/or automotive manufacturing operations
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Knowldge of SAP MM and/or WH modules
