Description:

As the Teamlead Warehouse, you will organize and coordinate a department of 5-10 warehouse employees, ensuring that all operational processes are executed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You’ll monitor KPIs, adjust processes where needed, and ensure the warehouse consistently delivers high performance that meets customer satisfaction.
Your main goal is to create an optimal working environment by offering support, guidance, and coaching to your team, ensuring smooth workflow distribution, compliance with MAG45’s professional standards, and alignment with other departments. You’ll work independently but maintain close functional cooperation with the Global Site Operations Manager in the Netherlands for process setup, and with other team leads at our Czech hub for customer and supplier-related topics. You will report directly to the Country Manager.
Within this role you get the chance to operate within a high degree of independence while handling complex communication and alignment processes.

WHICH QUALIFICATION DO WE EXPECT FROM AT TEAMLEAD WAREHOUSE?

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or operational management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strong understanding of organizational goals and how to align department activities accordingly.
  • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and HR management principles.Fluent in Czech and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve department KPIs and operational dashboards.
  • Strengthen team competencies through continuous training and support.
  • Collaborate with the Global Site Operations Manager to align on processes and improvements.
  • Manage stock control, including cycle counting and warehouse cleanliness (5S).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain professional presentation.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, detecting and solving structural problems.
