As a team leader at DHL eCommerce in Eindhoven, you will provide daily operational leadership at the location where many packages are sorted at a high pace. You will closely monitor progress, spending a lot of time on the work floor. Additionally, you will maintain contact with our national transport planners to ensure that all shipments depart on time with the correct routes. We continuously optimize the sorting process to increase sorting capacity, and you will contribute to this. In everything you do, you keep the end goal in mind: a satisfied customer.

You will also ensure that:

• The team is briefed so that everyone knows what needs to be done.
• Packages and pallets move smoothly through the process and are delivered to customers according to standards.
• Coordination of transport and the logistics process is completed correctly through good coordination and cooperation.
