TEAM LEADER OPERATIONS - LIGHT EQUIPMENT
(m/f/d)
To strengthen our constantly growing team at the Wardenburg site, we are looking for a Team Leader Operations Light Equipment (m/f/d).
As Team Leader Operations - Light Equipment, you will handle all inbound and outbound processes for our Light Compaction business. You will also be responsible for all customer care activities. Your main task will be to ensure a well-functioning inbound and outbound process to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet market expectations. You will improve machines availability and transportation solutions, ensure short confirmation and response times and increase transparency.
You will report to the VP BU Light Equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical and disciplinary management of an international team with the following tasks:
- Collecting, evaluating and creating forecast machine planning with the CC
- Checking and implementing order proposals in SAP
- Monitoring orders from suppliers and entering their order confirmations in SAP; Checking supplier invoices
- Tracking shortage lists (customer waiting time/late order), contacting the supplier to ensure the correct delivery time
- Responding to queries from the customer service team with lead time
- Collaboration and agreements with the external warehouse (stock reconciliation / inventory)
- Collaborating with the purchasing department on delivery times, minimum order quantities and transportation
- Responsible for order processing for light compaction business - from order entry and confirmation to invoicing and payment processes
- Preparation of letter of credit documents
- Creating transportation, customs and export documents
- Creating credit notes for claims
- Frequent interaction with customer centers and merchants to increase customer satisfaction
- Focusing and improving performance KPIs: availability, end-to-end performance, customer order confirmation time, warehouse performance and daily tracking
- Continuous development and motivation of your team members
EXPIRIENCE REQUIREMENT & KNOWLEDGE:
- A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or comparable qualification such as technician with commercial experience
- Several years of professional experience in the customer care sector and initial management experience desired
- Good knowledge of SAP and IT applications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills are a must
