REQUIREMENTS

• High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
• Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
• Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.

• Provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols.

• Complete packaging tasks and develop an understanding of packaging needs and ideas for improvements.
• Manage inventory for a site or factory following existing procedures and with guidance when discrepancies or issues are identified.
• Supervise a team performing routine work.
