Description:

FASZINIERENDES SCHAFFEN: IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Technical and disciplinary management of an embedded software development team as part of a high-volume project
  • Employee development - starting with the recruitment and subsequent promotion of employees
  • Ensuring smooth, high-quality software development operations in international agile teams in the Aerospace division Coordination and further development of software development activities and resources within the specialist discipline
  • Close cooperation with the system, PLD/FPGA, HW and tools teams to further develop and ensure an efficient overall approval strategy
  • Ongoing optimisation of the software development tool landscape
  • Participation in customer reviews and authority audits
  • Establishing and expanding development service providers
  • Management and monitoring of suppliers
  • Collaboration in the strategic orientation of the product area and planning of research and technology programmes

STÄRKEN EINBRINGEN: IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Successfully completed studies in computer engineering, electrical engineering or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field of software development of embedded systems with modern development techniques and test environments
  • In-depth experience in software project management
  • First professional or disciplinary leadership desirable
  • High passion for quality and for the development of aviation products or other software products from regulated industries (e.g. automotive, medical)
  • Motivation to develop new processes in an agile environment
  • Social and leadership skills paired with a high degree of flexibility
  • Good knowledge of German and English
