As a Tech Lead Backend, you will drive the technical vision and development of our VAS Cloud platform. You will be responsible for backend architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing environment that enhances digital payment experiences.

• Technical Leadership: Lead and define backend architecture and design decisions for the VAS Cloud platform, ensuring scalability and security.
• Feature Development: Make things happen—guide feature development, optimize performance, and ensure clean, maintainable code (#WeOnlyShipQuality).
• Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teamwork (developers, product owners, stakeholders), aligning everyone on the same page.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the backend is built to last with robust CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment practices (#6MinutesToProduction).
• Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and coach junior and intermediate developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement (no gatekeeping).
