Description:
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- At least 5 years of related professional experience in an IT discipline
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or comparable experience
- Experience with
- Linux
- Networking
- Automatization tools and techniques (for example Ansible)
- Knowledge about virtualization platforms (especially Proxmox)
- Knowledge about object data stores (for example S3, MinIO)
- You are able to lead a team in an agile way (preferably Scrum) and know how to apply agile values
- You communicate proactively and enjoy teamwork as well as self-reliant working
- Confident in speaking and writing English (comparable to B2 or above)

Responsibilities:
- Technical lead of the IT infrastructure team with hands-on mentality
- Responsibility for our IT infrastructure, IT service desk and infrastructure related IT services
- Responsible for server and client administration (Linux, Windows, Mac)
- Network appliance configuration and management (Firewall, VPN, Proxy, IDS/IPS)
- Container-based operations management (especially Docker)
- DevOps tasks (Continuous integration and delivery)
- Introducing advanced automation tools and techniques into the company
- Preparing cloud-based operation possibilities
- Implement and maintain high information security and compliance requirements
