• Architect the future: Craft innovative technical solutions using cutting-edge architectures and modern design principles.
• Assemble your dream team: Recruit, mentor, and empower top talent to build high-performing squads.
• Lead the charge: Take ownership of complex software initiatives, driving them from concept to launch.
• Stay hands-on: Dive into the codebase, wielding your keyboard with the expertise of a seasoned pro.
• Communicate with clarity: Collaborate with stakeholders, translating technical jargon into clear, actionable plans.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Full-Stack Fluency: You’re comfortable on both the front-end and back-end, fluent in modern languages and frameworks such as React, Javascript, Typescript, Express.js and PHP.
• A good grasp of using AWS through IaC to build complex infrastructure
• Leadership Acumen: You have a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to deliver complex software projects.
• Architectural Vision: You understand the nuances of modern architecture and can design elegant, scalable solutions.
• Data savviness: You have experience in architecting, building and managing complex data structures and data stores using database technologies such as Dynamodb, Aurora, Redis, etc
• Communication Catalyst: You can translate technical complexities into clear, concise language that resonates with all stakeholders.
• Passionate Problem-Solver: You thrive on tackling technical challenges, approaching them with a go-getter attitude and a thirst for innovation.
• Mastery of modern development best practices, and the tools needed to build, deploy and release world-class solutions to our customers.
