QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience of minimum of 7 years in mobile development, with at least 5 years in React Native and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and making critical architectural decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and experience with native iOS/Android development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep commitment to knowledge sharing, teaching, and continuous improvement within the team.

We’re looking for a React Native Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience, of which 5 years are as a React Native developer, who is comfortable leading and teaching others. This job is about being a consultant providing your expertise to end customers. It is highly intensive in the amount of learning curve, as you will constantly learn new technologies.
