Then the Aviva Tech & Change Delivery Returner Programme could be just what you’re looking for.
The Programme is now in its fourth year and is for those who’ve had an extended career break of two or more years, as of January 2025. This is a tailored six-month programme, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
We are currently recruiting for Senior Business Analysts to be a part of our team! At Aviva, we love to constantly innovate and improve the experience and security for our customers. We have brought together our technology change agents into 3 hubs to drive deliveries and outcomes, which means that you can work on projects and programmes across the business.
For our Tech & Change Delivery Returner opportunities, you will need to have previously worked in a similar role to that being advertised. You don’t need to be from an insurance background though , we’re interested in meeting you irrespective of which industry you’ve previously work in. Positions are available in Bristol, Norwich & York.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Able to communicate with and influence business stakeholders whilst facilitating change .

Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills .

The ability to work at pace with resiliency on medium to large scale change projects .

Enjoy thinking out side of the box, driving innovation in the way in which we deliver change and outcomes .

Knowledge of and experience of change management processes including business analysis tools and techniques along with a willingness to try new ways of working .

• Starting s alary between £ 45 ,000 and £ 60 ,000 dep ending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications .
