We are currently seeking a Tech Support & Trainer - Thermal Management to join our dynamic team in Tognana, Italy !
The local trainer has to assure a high level of technical knowledge to all the Thermal CEs, to keep the relationship with Academy HQ to be trained and accredited to run Academy courses and assure post sales courses to customer engineers, distributors and clients. He/she has to plan the training activities in agreement with the Service Delivery Director and the Academy Director. Due to his/her mission (delivering high level of tech knowledge) he/she has the duty to keep him/herself updated by continuing to make interventions in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and organizing the training schedule;
  • Defining the homogeneous classes of participants through the assessment tests and the knowledge survey for standard and update courses;
  • Educating trainees in remote self-learning through the Academy platform;
  • Managing with success residential classroom training;
  • On-site hands-on training or on the job training support;
  • Taking care of closuring courses, including the stage of final exams and related delivery of diplomas;
  • Taking part to all the train the trainer activities and courses arranged for the local trainers by the Academy (if he/she lost two of them he/she will loses the accreditation);
  • Accrediting customer engineers to work on the field for each product;
  • Taking part at the technical committees to develop training material if involved;
  • If required he/she has to arrange training for customers under the Academy structure;
  • If required, he/she has to be available to travel and run courses in the Academy HQ;Delivering interventions in the field, with particular focus on the more challenging cases as new product commissioning or repairs, complex installations/equipments and so on.
