Description:

We’re looking for Tech Talent Partners to join our team and help us connect with exceptional tech professionals across global markets. You’ll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with stakeholders and providing an outstanding candidate experience every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll be focused on sourcing and engaging with tech talent, leveraging cutting-edge tools to map out talent pools and ensure our clients find the perfect match for their needs. Whilst you’ll engage with stakeholders, your primary focus will be candidate management—ensuring each interaction reflects the best of what we offer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, advertising roles, sourcing, screening, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, building relationships that support seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process.
  • Source and engage with tech talent across global markets, using innovative AI tools and platforms.
  • Conduct candidate assessments at screening or first interview stages.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.
  • Map out tech talent across competitor companies and target diverse candidates using advanced research methods.
  • Support the successful closing of candidates, managing offers and negotiations effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, ideally tech engineering experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • International recruitment experience, with exposure to different countries and regions, would be a plus.
  • A passion for technology and staying on top of recruitment innovations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • A team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellence in everything you do.
