JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Transfer Project Manager with a PMP certification to lead and manage our technical transfer projects. This role involves overseeing the transfer of technology from development to manufacturing, ensuring that all processes are compliant with regulatory standards and timelines are met efficiently.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance standards

Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of tech transfer projects from development to manufacturing
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project milestones and deliverables
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of tech transfer processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
