Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Insticator is looking to grow our Technical Account Management team where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth roll-out of Insticator products, including ad serving, dealing with ad hoc publisher queries, and addressing issues relating to performance. The end goal is to be a first line of support for internal teams and provide first class service to publishers.
The ideal candidate would be a results driven person with high attention to detail. The candidate should have a variety of communication skills, such as being able to explain complex things in a brief way, and handle communication with various stakeholders. This role is 100% remote with working hours in the Eastern (New York) time zone (9:30-6:30 PM).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Maintaining client onboarding while assisting the account management team
  • Communicate (both verbal and written) with clients and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules
  • Assess technical feasibility stemming from sales/client requests and translate that feedback to the Product team
  • Respond to ad hoc technical concerns & problems as well as ensuring smooth implementation & launch
  • Help identifying partner issues related to the ad performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Account Management team to achieve upsell initiatives
  • Contribute to internal documentation furthering development of the department as a whole
