Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their success with Adobe solutions.
Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients through outstanding technical mentorship and support.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to determine and implement strategies that successfully address client needs.
Conduct regular reviews and provide insights to help clients optimize their use of Adobe products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure flawless client happiness.
Conduct outstanding training and enablement sessions to empower clients to use Adobe technologies to their fullest potential.
